Nottingham Eating Disorders Support Group is a student run project at the University of Nottingham for people with eating disorders and their families. We welcome anyone to our sessions, including those outside the University.
We organise a fortnightly self-help group for people affected by eating disorders, including sufferers, their family and close friends.
Self-help session dates
For the 2016/17 academic year, sessions will be running fortnightly on a Wednesday evening from 7-8:30pm. The dates are as follows:
20th April
4th May
18th May
1st June
15th June
The self-help groups are free of charge, and you don't need to book.
While this group is open to everyone, whether a student or a member of the local community, we run this group on campus to provide accessible support for students who face many stresses which could initiate such an illness or aggravate an existing problem.
