The Pakistan Centre is a community centre which aims to support all members of the community by offering a range of services such as elderly day care, provision of meals at the centre and delivered at home. Alongside this, they offer guidance on matters regarding immigration and welfare and provide the premises to host business, social and cultural events.

The Pakistan Centre are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support their English classes and teach people with varying levels of English communication skills.

Volunteers can help in a variety of roles including; setting up lessons, teaching, assisting with teaching, offering one on one mentoring or simply just conversing with the students regarding the context covered in the lesson, whatever you feel most comfortable with.

This is a great opportunity to make a difference to help those in the community improve their reading, writing and spoken English whilst developing your own skills.
