Taekwondo

Want to learn self-defence, enhance your self confidence, and improve coordination, general fitness, and flexibility? Then Taekwondo is the right choice for you.
Taekwondo is a fun, fast, and full Olympic martial art sport that will help you achieve high self esteem, integrity, and discipline. You will also gain a comprehensive knoledge of the WTF style through an enjoyable and rewarding syllabus of competition sparring, pattern-work, destruction and self-defence. In no time, you will progress through the belts and access national and even international competitions.
As a member of the Traditional Taekwondo Association, the club is headed by Grandmaster T K Loh (9th Dan), who personally conducts gradings for all its members and provides extra training sessions and advice.
We're a friendly and diverse club waiting to welcome you! If you want to try out Taekwondo, come along for a free taster session (your first session is free any time during the year!)
