Welcome to the University of Nottingham Handball Club
Handball is a lightning fast indoor team sport. Part of the Olympics since 1972 it’s most popular in continental Europe. The best handball team is a varied one, and we welcome everybody with open arms. We had great success as a club last year, our Women's 1st came 2nd in the country at University Championships and we won Inclusive Club of the Year at the University of Nottingham sports awards!
You can find us at the Welcome Fair on Monday 24th September and Tuesday 25th September at the David Ross Sports Village
You can also find out about all sport activities during Welcome Week at www.nottingham.ac.uk/sport/welcome
We are hosting taster sessions for anyone who'd like to try handball on the following dates:

If you can’t make any of sessions feel free to drop us a message by email or on our social media pages and we’ll work something out.
We hope tol conclude our taster sessions with a friendly against Nottingham Trent University, for experienced player, on Sunday 7th October at 9:30-12:00, David Ross Sports Village. All are welcome to come and watch, especially recommended for beginners, as the best way to understand handball is to watch a game!
