CURRENT UON PERFORMANCE SPORTS
CLUB OF THE YEAR 2015-2016 (2 years running)
REPRESENTED UK AT THE EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY TABLE TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS
The Table Tennis Club not only promotes the playing of table tennis as a recreational or competitive sport, but is a fun way to meet people. Members are able to interact with people from all backgrounds both at training sessions and socials.
We are highly competitive in BUCS and have five men's and five ladies' teams representing the University, as well as the BUCS individuals weekend usually held in Nottingham.
Join our facebook group (UoN Table Tennis) to keep up to date with socials and events that are carried out throughout the year. The membership fee is £25.00 for the year and you require sports centre membership.
Our sessions are split between team and non-team players - so there is a session for everyone!
Various sessions for the different teams run by some of the best coaches in the country, including Alan Cooke and Kelly Sibley.
