Why join us?

Whether you're the 'I've never set foot in a gym in my life' type or a total fitness fanatic, there is something for everyone!

Our club at the University has an incredibly friendly yet focused atmosphere; we train hard, but always have a good time!

After training, we often go to Mooch to chat and catch up.

Everyone starts as a novice, even our incredible black belt sensei Mia! We understand that starting a martial art can be daunting however our club provides a welcoming environment to any newcomers, so they can settle in and progress at their own pace!

The best way to find out more is to come along to one of the sessions and join in!

More good news? All of the taster sessions are FREE!

When do we train?

Regular Sessions:

Wednesday and Friday 6 - 8pm (Dojo)

All sessions are based in the brand new David Ross Sports Village.
