Social Experiment Society
The Social Experiments Society aims to promote students' practical involvement within the Social Sciences. We conduct regular social experiments from the faculties of Economics, Sociology and Psychology and leverage our relationship with CeDEx to conduct these experiements to the highest technical standards.
The 2018/2019 academic year is our first year of activity and we want to start things off with a bang! We hope to conduct experiments ranging from the Prisoners' Dilemma to the Asche Conformity experiment and round the year off by encouraging students to create their own experiments! Surrounding these core objectives will be relaxed movie nights and guest events by lecturers and PhD students from the university itself.
All are welcome and we hope to see you at our next meeting!
