Romax Summer internship recruitment is closed - however at the moment we are recruiting for our Global Graduate Scheme which lasts for a year, prior to the graduate settling in one particular area of the business, either in the UK or overseas. During the 12 months the graduates move around the business (3 months in each area), are taken through a training scheme to upskill them in Engineering and soft skills so that by the end of the 12 months they are well placed to decide which area of the business they wish to pursue their career in. We also arrange for the graduates to visit our overseas offices so they get the full flavour of the business. We offer a salary for the Global Graduate Scheme of £25K plus a one off £2K Golden Handshake upon completion of their 3 month probation in addition to a performance related bonus which pays up to 10% of their salary annually.
