SU website log-in issues

Some of you may have been having issues logging into the SU website over the last few days.

That’s because the University recently changed its student record system. Because of this, our own website and database are having significant problems with log-ins from the following groups of students:

  • Newly registered students (i.e. those of you who’ve just joined the University)
  • Certain groups of mobility students (including 2+2 students)

If you fall into one of these groups, you won’t be able to register or log in to the SU website, join societies or make purchases for a short amount of time. But we’re working on it.

Log-in difficulties and student record errors are caused by issues with the student record in the University’s system: both your SU and the University are aware of the problems and we’re working hard to get them resolved as soon as possible.
