The University of Nottingham Students’ Union is delighted to announce the appointment of its new Chief Executive, Daryl Ormerod. Daryl comes with a wealth of experience with over 10 years as Chief Executive in his current role at Keele University Students’ Union and previous Chief Executive roles at Aberystwyth and Cumbria Students' Unions.
Daryl joins the University of Nottingham Students’ Union on Monday 11 February 2019.
Daryl has held various Trusteeships, including NUS Services Ltd, NUS Charitable Services, Cumbria Council for Voluntary Service, and the Association of Managers in Students’ Unions. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. Daryl Studied Law and Business at the University of Birmingham, and is married with two children.
