Learn to bake the perfect brownie on Sutton Bonington campus in a fun, informal session led by James Lydon, owner of Buffalo Brownies - a popular stall holder at Sutton Bonington Farmers' Market!

It’s happening again!! Learn how to make the perfect chocolate brownie (in time to showcase your skills at Christmas!). £5 for members! We provide the ingredients (makes approximately 18 brownies) if you have any dietary requirements let us know and we will try and sort something out!

If you’re feeling daring you can bring along an ingredient of your own to try in a brownie (no meat or nuts please)!
