Ticket Sale Terms & Conditions
 

This receipt/ticket is issued on behalf of the University of Nottingham Students' Union and is subject to the Safety/Security policies of the venue(s) and the following terms & conditions:

1. 1. Strictly No Admission without a valid ticket. Tickets can be collected from the SU Box Office in the Portland Building, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
2. 2. Please see ticket(s) for specific door opening times and entry details.
3. 3. Admission to the venue is at the ticket holders own risk.
4. 4. Over 18's only. The management reserves the right to refuse admission without explanation.
5. 5. As a condition of entry you may be subject to a random search. Any person refusing to permit a search will be refused entry.
6. 6. Persons found to be in possession of any illegal substances will be detained, illegal substances will be confiscated and the police and the University will be informed.
7. 7. The management will refuse entry to any drunken person or person thought to be under the influence of drugs or behaving in a manner not conducive to maintaining good behaviour and upholding the licence of the Students' Union or venue.
8. 8. All persons entering the venue(s) may be required to show photo identification at any time. Accepted forms of identification: Current Passport, UK Photo Driving License or University ID Card.
9. 9. We regret that all tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable after purchase.
10. 10. We regret that we must reserve the right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond our direct control, without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
11. 11. Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed within the venue(s).
12. 12. The management does not accept responsibility for any personal property brought into the venue(s).
13. 13. In the event of the resale of any ticket for profit or commercial gain, it/they will become void.
14. 14. University of Nottingham students are at all times fully responsible for the conduct and behaviour of their guests.
15. 15. The Students' Union WILL NOT TOLERATE discrimination of any type, violence, aggression, threatening behaviour or harassment, nor the supply or use of drugs within or around the licensed premises, or any other type conduct which may not be conducive to maintaining good order and upholding the license of the Students' Union.

For your safety and security CCTV recording is in operation in all venues at all times.
