About Events

Your PGSA Social Secretaries work hard to plan a busy calendar of trips, socials and events to help you relax throughout the year.

If you have any questions, comments or suggestions for events that you'd like added to your PGSA calendar you can email one of your social secretaries or get in touch with Morgan at supgofficer@nottingham.ac.uk

 

 

Cancellations & Refunds

If a trip or activity is cancelled you will get a full refund.

If an incident occurs during the journey to, or from, a Big Day Out trip (whether the PGSA is culpable or not) that means you do not get yo your destination or causes you a great deal of stress, you will get a full refund.

If you are unhappy about how a trip or event has been run or organised, you will get a refund at the discretion of the PGSA Committee.

If you are unable to come on a trip and have bought a ticket or you are late for the bus pick up time you will not be able to geat a refund.

If claiming a refund please remember that the PGSA gets its money as a grant from the Students' Union and so will not be able to access your refunds immediately but will endevour to process them as soon as possible.
