Students' Union Elections - Vote 8th-12th March

Students' Union Elections - Vote 8th-12th March Students' Union Elections - Vote 8th-12th March
You’ll decide who the Officers for three important Students’ Union committees will be: the Students’ Union Executive (Exec), Representational Officers and Undergraduate Faculty Coordinators. There are over 20 candidates in total and some positions have several people standing for them. Only you can decide who wins!

Elections is a really exciting time with candidates pulling all sorts of clever, silly and just plain strange stunts to try and secure your vote. Campaigning has already started, so keep an eye out for the candidates around campus and in favourite student haunts like Ocean and Oceana. Dan the big yellow Democracy Dog and his helpers will be out and about over the coming days too, encouraging every student to use their vote.

Why vote?
The people you elect make a big difference to your university life. They could have an impact on your education, your university, your welfare, your personal development or your social life. To see what your current Officers have been doing this year, visit www.su.nottingham.ac.uk/yswd.

Manifestos
Each candidate for every Exec, Representational Officer and Faculty Coordinator position has produced a manifesto so you can see their policies, experience and goals.

You can find manifesto booklets around campus, or check out the manifestos online, along with Q&As from each of the candidates, at www.su.nottingham.ac.uk/elections.
