The Students’ Union’s Student Volunteer Centre is delighted to announce the opening of their Gold Award nominations 2012.

For the first time there are three categories of award.

The Certificate of Dedication - this is a Student Volunteer Centre certificate to recognise the time and commitment students put into volunteering.

Volunteering England’s' Gold Award - the national award that recognises student volunteers for their Achievement and Leadership.

Project of the Year Gold Award - a new award that has been developed this year to recognise and reward the dedicated work that the Student-led Projects carry out

Volunteers can apply for a Certificate of Dedication themselves, you will need to request an application form from the Student Volunteer Centre. Volunteers will need to be nominated for a Gold Award from the organisation they volunteer for, or from a fellow volunteer and finally in order to nominate your Student-Led Project for the project of the year you must request a form from the Student Volunteer Centre.

All nomination forms can be requested by e-mailing: volunteering@nottingham.ac.uk
