We are Eco-School volunteers who go into local schools and help them become green.

Eco-Schools is a charity and has different requirements that schools have to achieve to get Bronze, Silver and ultimately the prestigious green flag!

We help the school set up an eco-committee made up from school children, a teacher and sometimes parents. Together we then make an audit of the school (the audit is a tick sheet provided by Eco-Schools) and work out ways to make the school become more environmentally sound.

With our help Trent Vale School achieved a Bronze flag and we're hoping that in 2010 we can help them get a Silver Flag.
