Sub Aqua

 

The Sub-Aqua (SCUBA diving) club provides weekly theory training in accordance with the British Sub-Aqua club (BSAC), allowing novice members to become open water divers and qualified divers to progress with their training. We hold weekly theory/pool training sessions on thursday evenings and regular trips to a local dive site for open water training. The club has an active social programme with meets, usually after training, and more formal socials every 2 - 3 weeks. There are 5 annual dive trips including 1 in the autumn semester, a trip to the lake district in March, week long easter & summer trips and an international trip. We warmly welcome novices and qualified divers from other organisations (PADI/SSI/CMAS etc.) who are interested in diving both in the UK and abroad.
