JUDO

is a well known Olympic sport which was first developed from several Japanese forms of self-defence. Techniques include powerful throws, armlocks, strangles and pins, with both standing and groundfighting applications. Judo is also a great form of exercise, excellent for developing stamina, power, and flexibility in men and women players alike. Pick up your courage, give it a try, and see the results in your strength - and confidence - from training in one of the world's most popular martial arts.
