A chance to significantly raise your level of fitness amongst members of all different proficiencies and sexes. Learn self defense and discipline with the use of guided techniques, pad, bag work, and circuits. Get involved in a vibrant and extremely social society, themed bar crawls and parties galore. Training is 5-7 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Uni Park sports centre.
