The 2011-12 Pakistan Society of Nottingham University, aims to bring together a variety of students regardless of their ethnicity or background. PakSoc looks to celebrate Pakistani culture, heritage and tradition with a modern twist. We plan on holding a number of events to cater for all of our members. As a board of students we are always open to suggesstions from our members, so never hesitate to share your opinion!
As the newly elected PakSoc President for 2011-12, along with my trusted commitee, we will be looking to bring you a refreshed, revitalised and renowned image to your PakSoc. Building on last years success, we will look to enhance the number of activities we have on offer. In addition to this, we will be attempting to secure sponsorship with a number of local business, in order to provide the correct funding to ensure our events are to the highest standards. Furthermore we will be expanding our range of sporting teams, so make sure you get involved! Being an active member of the society is the best way to make the most of your membership, so stay up to date and involved for an exciting year ahead of us!
