Jai Jinendra!

Jain Soc is a student led society for those who want to learn more about Jainism but also have an interest in meeting new people and socialising.

We will hold events every Wednesday. These events range from aartis and learning events including guest speakers to a Leicester derasar trip to social events (meet and greet, Rangoli – our Diwali Ball, go karting, movie nights, navratri plus more). This will allow members to discover more of an understanding about Jainism and how to stay in touch with the religion while still at University. It will also provide the opportunity to meet people from different years and courses. We also feel very strongly about Sewa so we will also be involved in weekly volunteering events. As well as this, for those interested we will have weekly football and badminton training too!

Membership for the year is only £3.
