The Dietetic and Nutrition Society was set up for students at the University of Nottingham who have an interest in the field of nutrition and dietetics. The aims of the society are to: - Provide an opportunity for integration of all students at the University of Nottingham who have an interest in Nutrition. - Organise 3/4 meetings of members of the society every year. This involves inviting guest speakers which could preferably provide information from a field of nutrition that isn't covered in our syllabus, e.g. obesity surgery or sports nutrition, etc. - Involve all those in the society in meetings and social events. Social events will be planned for every few weeks and will be based on campus or in Nottingham.
