If you want to learn how to rollerblade, or already know how to, this is the society for you! We cater for recreational skaters, aggressive skaters and roller hockey. Our weekly schedule includes beginner lessons, roller hockey, campus and organised street skates, and indoor sessions.

Slalom skating on Jubilee Campus

24 Hour Skate on the Top Gear Track
We also run trips and events throughout the UK and abroad. These include trips to UKFSA competitions (for example SkateLondon and Eastbourne Extreme); to inline marathons such as Goodwood; and to Le Mans 24 Hour Skate and Pari Roller.
If you are interested in skating, join us in the main visitors car park (near Cripps Hall) on Saturday afternoons from 1:00pm - wet weather alternatives will be available. Don't worry if you don't have your own equipment, we have some available to hire free of charge to members. Lessons from qualified instructors are available for beginners.
If you are joining the university in September you can contact us with any questions you might have. Contact us by email, through our Facebook group, or via the Nottingham Skaters forum. Feel free to come along and see what our society is about!
