MusSoc consists of a number of ensembles, both auditioned and non-auditioned. All the ensembles within the society are student-run and conducted.

Auditioned ensembles:

Sinfonia - symphony orchestra (MusSoc's largest ensemble)
Viva Voce - the university chamber choir

Non-auditioned ensembles:

String Orchestra
Coro Sorelle - female voice choir
Man Choir - male voice choir
Contempo - the contemporary music ensemble
Blue Shift - jazz ensemble
Collegium Musicum - the early music ensemble 

MusSoc has a number of social events and everyone is encouraged to get involved! From the freshers' bar crawl to the amazing summer ball at the end of the year there are a wealth of opportunities to socialise with members from across all the ensembles.The annual tour in the Easter holiday is perhaps the highlight of the society's social calendar, with the opportunity to perform orchestral and choral concerts abroad.
