Who are we?
BizSoc aim to provide a community for Business students and those interested in Business. We hold loads of events throughout the year, including socials, international trips and employer networking events. Last year, we had over 700 members!
Our employer networking events let us focus on YOUR future. We get rid of the boring presentations, speeches and formal events. Last year, Deloitte let us loose in Revolution so we could REALLY get to know the ins and outs of a top graduate employer.

We also have loads of other benefits for our members such as Hoodies and Members Cards which include discounts for loads of great bars, restaurants, taxis and more!!
FRESHERS :
With over 1,500 people in the Business School, walking onto Jubilee Campus as a Fresher can be a daunting experience. BizSoc tries to make things easier for by holding socials especially for Freshers so that you can get to know the people on your course right at the beginning.
We’ve also made a guide just for Freshers to get you through your first week and beyond. It contains all the useful tips that you don’t get in your induction or your Fresher handbook and is written by Business students for Business students.
Sports Teams
We have four sports teams this year for you to get involved in! The teams are really popular so get involved early to avoid disappointment!
Last year we came 2nd in the football league - Well Done Guys!!

Membership
IF YOU STUDY IN THE BUSINESS SCHOOL, YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE MEMBERSHIP!!
That’s those who study things like:
· Management Studies
· Finance, Accounting & Management
· Industrial Economics
· Management with Languages
This means there are about 1500+ of you who are eligible for FREE BizSoc membership.
Not Doing Business?
Even if you are not in the Business School, but have a interest in the business world, working in it or just being part of the BEST society at Nottingham, you can join for ONLY £2!!
