BioSoc is the society for all those studying Biology, Zoology, Genetics, Human Genetics and Biochemistry and Genetics or for anyone with an interest in Biology
We aim to provide something for everyone; sports teams, socials, academic support and careers advice and events as well as helping students from all ages to intergrate and get to know each other. We also invite lecturers to some of our events so there's a chance to get to know them outside the lecture hall.
Our Biological Parenting Scheme is a way to gain advice from peers about essay technique, exam preparation, advice with coursework and answers with any other questions. Our sports teams have weekly training and matches and are a great way to meet new people and get involved. We also run monthly sports socials which are always a great night. Click on the sports page to find out more or talk to either of our Sports Secs Joe and Iona.
