We are 55,000 members, in over 100 countries, 1800 Universities, we exchange 16,000 people a year, offer 15,000 leadership positions worldwide and have 1,000,000 Alumni.

EXCHANGE  

We raise traineeship positions in companies in our local areas, for us, we raise them in Nottingham companies. For Istanbul - Istanbul companies. You get the idea.  

We then get students and recent graduates from around the world to come into these positions. All taken up with massive opportunites to gain experience and understanding; and all at a very cost effective price.

We do this to increase cultural understanding and give a huge opportunity to both individuals and companies.

What we do in Nottingham is raise these companies and students who want to eXchange by putting on events and networking sessions to advertise our program. 

We use skills in Selling, Motivating, Cold Calling and Presentation. 

 

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

What exactly do we do? How do we do it?

AIESEC is the Largest International Youth-Run Organisation in the world, based in 110 Countries and territories, we aim to increase Cultural Understanding by enabling eXchange projects throughout the world. As well as this, we help young people to develop their teamwork, leadership, presentational skills by giving them an exceptional opportunity to become team leaders and by running skills development sessions throughout the academic year.
