Sponsorship Guide

 

Looking for extra money for your group, have a read through this guide and get some tips on how to gain sponsors

 

Template Sponsorship Proposal

Use this as a guide to help you write to a potential sponsor

Template Sponsorship Contract

You will need a contract if you enter into a sponsorship agreement, use this as a guide and make sure you bring it in to the Student Activities Office for us to have a look over.

Paying in Form

Fill this out if you need to pay money into your account

Petty Cash Request Form

Fill this in to claim re-imbursement for amounts under £50 (remember you will need to attach an itemised receipt)

Cheque Request Form

Fill this in to claim re-imbursement for amounts over £50 (remember you will need to attach an itemised receipt)

Transfer Request

Use this to transfer money between Student Union Accounts

Claim for Coaching

use this to authorise payment for Sports Coaches/Instructors

Claim for Speakers’ Expenses

use this to pay speaker expenses

Event Budget

if you are running an event where the expenditure will be more than £1500 you need to complete and submit a budget.
