Speaker Form
If you are having a speaker please return this form at least 14 days before your event
Event Approval Form
Fill this in for any event that is taking place on university property or where you are serving food on campus. This must be returned at least 14 days before your event.
Hall Event Approval Form
For all events that are taking place in Halls of Residence.
This must be returned at least 14 days before your event.
Provision of Food Disclaimer
For any event on University Campuses involving the serving of food (please ensure that you speak to the Student Activities and Health and Safety Manager about your event too)
Social Event Risk Assessment
For larger scale events where you have been asked to submit a risk assessment.
Event Plan
For larger events where you have been asked to produce a detailed event plan
Event Budget Form
This is useful for all events, but where you are going to spend more than £1500 you must submit your budget to the Student Activities Department.
