The evening starts at 6pm with a Pimm's Reception at the Music Department

(we'll think positively and say we'll be enjoying the Pimm's in blazing sunshine outside) 

and from 7 there will be buses taking everyone over to the Hilton.

 

 

For the £40 ticket price you get:

A Pimm's Reception at the Music Department

Transport to the venue

A drinks reception at the Hilton

A three course meal

Half a bottle of wine per person

Entertainment during the meal

Live Band

DJ and Disco

After party at Revolution Hockley

 

Both the Hilton and Revolution will be doing us cheeky drinks deals.

 

(The ticket price is £40.50 which seems like an odd amount,

but the extra 50p is a booking charge. Soz.)
