&lt;div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt"&gt;&amp;nbsp;What is involved -: It is important for you to be able to carry out you role with confidence. We will cover areas such as: communication, problem solving, advocacy and the ability to work professionally as part of a team. All these skills and more will go towards your portfolio when applying for future jobs. Those attending the Course rep training and take part in adequate SSFC (Staff Support Feedback Committee) meetings will at the end of 3 years gain a certificate for their &amp;nbsp;portfolio.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Training will be with the Intersite support worker Jonathan Kavanagh.&lt;/div&gt;

The drop-in will also provide any NAMA committee members or Course Reps the opportunity to pop in for a bit of guidance or a catch-up with how things are going. It will be run by Jonathan Kavanagh, the Intersite Support Worker and will take place every 4-5 weeks at each of the centres.&lt;/p&gt;
