Derby LRCH- Course Rep Training

 What is involved -: It is important for you to be able to carry out you role with confidence. We will cover areas such as: communication, problem solving, advocacy and the ability to work professionally as part of a team. All these skills and more will go towards your portfolio when applying for future jobs. Those attending the Course rep training and take part in adequate SSFC (Staff Support Feedback Committee) meetings will at the end of 3 years gain a certificate for their  portfolio.

 Training will be with the Intersite support worker Jonathan Kavanagh.
