The committee plans projects and events aimed to be fun but also raise awareness, throughout the year. What campaigns and events the committee runs are pretty much up to the committee so the students involved have a real opportunity to take steps towards making the changes that they want in the Union.
As well as chairing and choosing the committee, the ESJ Officer is also responsible for liaising with and communicating our campaigns and actions to the other members of the SU Exec, the university and to external bodies.
If you are interested in being involved with the committee in anyway, or have any other related interests whatsoever, please feel free to contact your E&SJ officer on suenvironment@nottingham.ac.uk.
