Current Campaigns

The campaigns that we run should all be directed and demanded by you. That is why for the first few weeks of term we will be asking you “How Can We Help?” Make sure that you fill in the survey to ensure that we are campaigning on issues that matter to you.

This will outline the campaigning priorities of the Students’ Union.

Easy Tiger

You’ll see Easy Tiger out and about with his cubs throughout Week One promoting safe sex! He’ll be helping you to gain access to contraception and will advise on sexual health testing. We are also working in partnership with Cripps and the NHS to offer a C-Card system for access to condoms; you can visit your Student Advice and Representation Centre for more information.

Why Let Good Times Go Bad?

Our ‘Why Let Good Times Go Bad?’ campaign will see CAtCH (Campaign to Change) Reps offering all the information that you need to stay safe whilst drinking alcohol. If you are out at an affiliated night look out for our “Chill Out Zones” to recharge your batteries and get yourself some free water. Speak to one of our CAtCH Reps for more information.
