About Mooch
Mooch is your very own bar right on campus. It’s the perfect place to go for lunch in between lectures or a drink at the end of the day.
They serve delicious, great value food, and have themed menus for special occasions such as Chinese New Year or St Patrick’s Day. We realise that you’ll be watching the pennies, so look out for discounted offers on food and drink throughout the year.
There is also a pool table area and free Wifi if you’re planning on staying there to relax and get away from it all for a while.
Mooch are award winning as well; they excelled in the 2011 Best Bar None Awards, a national scheme supported by the Home Office, which recognises the work students’ union bar outlets put into corporate social responsibility, in particular the wider effects of selling alcohol.
Mooch won a Gold Award, showing that they provide you with a safe and responsible environment in which to relax and have fun. Cheers!
