How to complete paperwork

All the paperwork is in Word Format, please click on the link, complete the paperwork, save a copy on your computer and send as an attachment to sustars@nottingham.ac.uk

Student Activities Profile	Only complete if your are a new Club/Soc applying foraffiliation to the SU
Equipment Inventory	All Student Groups	Please complete even if you have no equipment
Risk Assessment	All Student Groups
Annual Safety Review	All AU Clubs & Risk Societies
Handbook Questionnaire President	President	To be completed by the Club/Soc President
Handbook Questionnaire - Treasurer	Treasurer	To be completed by the Club/Soc Treasurer
