If you are organising an Event for your Club, Society or JCR you need to make sure that you let us know so that we can check you've thought through safety and are covered by insurance.

If you are planning a trip out of Nottingham then you need to make sure that it is registered with the Students' Union by filling in both the trip registration and participant lists and handing them to SU reception.
