Promotional Stands
Booking a promotional stand in the Portland Building will give your organisation the unique opportunity to meet students face to face. Promotional stands are perfect for direct interaction with students, data capture and distributing literature or giveaways. Face to Face activity also has the advantage of leaving a lasting impression with the students, especially if they have received a freebie!
All stands include a table and backing board.
There is a limited supply of stands with electricity.
Plasma Screens
SubTV is a digital TV station broadcasting on plasma screens in our bars, Mooch and the Venue.
We have 7 plasma screens perfectly located for students to view whilst enjoying food and drink in the bars.

Hand to Hand Flyering
Our hand to hand flyering service is an effective means of getting information to students quickly.
We have a team of promotional staff who can distribute your literature for you over an agreed time span or you can provide your own staff to distribute on site.
This is a highly effective way to promote events, special offers and products.
Posters
We offer a highly popular all year round postering service.
Our team of communication workers will happily display your posters across campus, satellite sites and halls of residence.
Students regularly consult our numerous notice boards and postering is an effective way of distributing information to a high volume of students.
Impact Magazine
Impact is a glossy, full colour A4 magazine containing high quality and informative articles and editorials.
The Magazine has won a number of awards in recognition of its quality, innovative design and editorial originality. It is well established and has a readership of around 14,000. The magazine is also available online offering a range of website advertising and interactive opportunities.
Impact produce 7 issues each academic year with a print run of between 4 & 6 thousand per issue. Impact is distributed to all halls of residence and available for free from all major buildings on campus from dedicated distribution points.
